What type of account is suitable for me?
If you manage properties for organizations or owners or want to manage your own property, sign up as customer. If you provide services to homeowners or apartment rental properties, sign up as service provider.
How about account for my tenants?
As a customer, you can sign up as Homeowner or Operation Manager, invite your tenants from your dashboard, and onboard your tenants to your property.
What does a service provider do?
Service providers or technicians perform various property related services. There are two types of service providers that provide services to customers. These service providers can be invited by customers or enroll themselves.
What are the types of service providers?
There are two categories of Service providers. Public and private service providers. Private service providers enjoy free onboarding service and must be invited by customers who have had relationships and established trust with such customers. Private service providers on only render services to the customers (i.e. operation managers and property owners) that invited them. They are not available to be matched to any other customer. No background check is required to be a private service provider. Public service providers enjoy unlimited access to all customers posting. This category of providers are required to complete a background check, and possess certifications that prove their competency before they can be activated to accept job postings on our system.
Can I convert from a private to public service provider?
Yes. HomeTrumpeter will conduct all the required checks before you can become a public service provider.
What is a Domain?
A domain refers to the specialty of service providers.
What does a service provider with “Licensed” “insured” and “bonded” indicate?

Which service provider is best for me?
Based on your need, if you have a large property to manage with designated service providers that perform a specific set of jobs for you periodically at various locations for your organization and get paid, you can onboard them via invitation and assign tasks to them.
